Extra bed available with additional fees.

Baby cot is free.

Booking conditions

• Booking confirmation by email.
• We request a 50% deposit for stays of 7 days or more and 100% for stays of less than 7 days. The deposit is calculated on the total amount and can be sent by bank transfer, Western Union or paid in cash at our office. 

The deposit is paid after knowledge and acceptance of general terms and conditions, including the booking conditions and cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation policy

 We wish you to inform that in case of cancellation before arrival, or in case of early departure during the stay, it will be due as a penalty clause by the defaulting contractor a fixed allowance as follows:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• 15 days before arrival or no show or early departure: 100% of the total amount

The remaining balance must be paid on arrival.

It is non-refundable even in case of early departure.

It can be made in cash or by VISA or MASTERCARD.
